📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor revenue generation and ensure financial accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and identify discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using Oracle Hyperion and Microsoft Excel
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls and processes
- Support management in decision-making with accurate financial data
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide training and support to junior staff on financial procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial auditing or accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and GAAP
- Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion and Microsoft Excel
- Certification in financial auditing or accounts receivable management is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
