Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives focused on People and Culture.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.,Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and belonging.,Collaborate with senior leadership to align People and Culture initiatives with business goals.,Design and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth.,Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to understand their needs and concerns.,Monitor and report on key People and Culture metrics to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on People and Culture transformation.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of successful People and Culture initiatives.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a must.
