Port Seed Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our employees. Your expertise and creativity will ensure that our meals are not only delicious but also meet the nutritional needs of our team. This is a full-time position located in Ciamis, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to the company's menu and dietary requirements.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a clean and hygienic manner.,Maintain and clean cooking equipment and utensils to ensure they are in good working condition.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared efficiently and on time.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's permit or equivalent certification.
