📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial support to department heads and management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Participate in audits and reviews to ensure the integrity of financial data.,Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies to enhance financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in month-end closing processes.,Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
