I Con Team Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer to join our construction team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. You will play a crucial role in preventing accidents and promoting a culture of safety and health. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.,Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate safety risks.,Promote a positive safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and health in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is preferred.,Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety management systems and software is a plus.,First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
