As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development and promotion.,Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available when and where they are needed.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Participate in company events and promotions to support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of the retail industry and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
