📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and up-to-date with all necessary documentation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Manage vehicle insurance and other related costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the operation of the company's fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
