📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each position.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
