📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Lead procurement teams and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Report procurement metrics and KPIs to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supplier performance.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
