📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the learning and development needs of our employees.,Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and employee feedback.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Support the implementation of learning management systems and other tools to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
