Crystal Max Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Purworejo. As a Lead Tax Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of the company. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's tax obligations are met in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and a proven track record of successful tax planning and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file all tax returns and supporting documents on time.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team and other employees.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and advise the company on their potential impact.,Manage and supervise a team of tax officers and accountants.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful tax planning and compliance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and accounting systems is a plus.
