📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to the management team.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
