📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of outlet managers, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all outlets are meeting sales targets and achieving their goals.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all outlets are compliant with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.,Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.
