PT Putra Kusuma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit projects.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audit purposes.,Monitor and evaluate the internal audit function's performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 2 years in a lead or senior internal audit role.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
