📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of captains to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the workspace.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in the service industry.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with customer service standards and expectations.,Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
