📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure excellent customer service.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing plan.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
