Pratama Construction is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven track record of managing HR functions in a construction company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
