📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage event planning and execution, ensuring all events meet client and brand objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to align event strategies with overall brand goals.
• Monitor event metrics and provide reports to stakeholders, including client feedback and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high performance and team cohesion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
