📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate quantity take-offs for construction projects.,Estimate material and labor requirements for project phases.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to quantities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates for new projects.,Provide support to the project team in resolving any quantity-related disputes or claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site quantity surveying for construction projects.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.,Good understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
