📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Manage and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Experience in financial reporting and analysis is a plus.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
