📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring safe and efficient navigation.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Monitor vessel performance and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to the crew to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with shore-based teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of cargo.
  • Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in emergency response drills and simulations to ensure preparedness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing vessel operations and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the crew.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of maritime safety standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with marine engineering and navigation systems.
  • Ability to work long hours, including overnight shifts and weekends.
