Samsung C&T is seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler to join our Infrastructure and Construction Innovation team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) models that support our innovative infrastructure projects.

As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will work closely with our project teams to ensure that our BIM models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new BIM processes and tools that enhance our project delivery capabilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Create and manage BIM models for infrastructure and construction projects.
Ensure BIM models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM models into project workflows.
Develop and implement new BIM processes and tools.
Provide technical support and training to junior BIM Modelers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
Participate in project reviews and provide input on BIM-related decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure and construction projects.
Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of infrastructure and construction industry trends and best practices.
