📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service.

Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and properly documented.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.

Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.

Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
