📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value for money on goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to meet production and operational needs.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
