📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service department,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service,Manage and develop the F&B service team, including training and performance evaluations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations,Monitor and control inventory and cost,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality,Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B service management,Proven track record of managing F&B teams and delivering exceptional service,Strong leadership and communication skills,Good knowledge of food and beverage operations,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field,Experience in using F&B management software is a plus
