📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client-focused strategies.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client solutions.,Report on client performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Strong sales and negotiation skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.
