📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.,Report on social media metrics and insights to the management team on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media.
