In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
