📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory levels using tools such as SAP or Oracle Inventory Management System.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels and sales performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory management.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or inventory management context.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
