📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control project costs using advanced cost management software such as Procore or Primavera.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare and present cost reports to project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Work with contractors and suppliers to negotiate and secure the best possible prices for materials and services.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on cost-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in cost management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in PMP or CAPM is a plus.
