📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Assist in the development and delivery of learning materials, including manuals, videos, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs.,Maintain records of employee training and development activities.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events and seminars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for training and development activities.
