📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Leading a team of 5-7 sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Monitoring and reporting sales performance using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Providing regular feedback and coaching to sales team members.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participating in trade shows and promotional events to showcase our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the snacking industry and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
